During this laptop with a quad-core processor may be synonymous with high prices, but it is not true for Toshiba Satellite C40D. The laptop is priced at the range of 439 U.S. dollars, or approximately USD 4.4 million.

Toshiba Satellite C40D well be the first laptop to use AMD processors
code-named "Kabini" in the form of AMD A4-5000 APU speed of 1.5 GHz.

APU A4 series on Satellite C40D sit second in the hierarchy of the processor Kabini. By AMD, APU is positioned parallel to the Pentium series processors from Intel. On it there is a series A6 which is predicted to be opposed setanding for Intel Core i3 processor.
First introduced in late May, was announced along with Kabini APU series "Temash" which is for tablets, laptop hybrids, and other mobile devices with a screen size of 11 inches or smaller.
Both Kabini and Temash equally targeting the entry-level and mainstream segments in each category of device.
